1. Services
Black Hawk Painting Corp provides residential and commercial painting services in Springfield, Greater Boston, and surrounding Massachusetts communities, including exterior and interior repainting, surface preparation, carpentry repair of rotted trim, and cabinet refinishing. A written estimate that itemizes the preparation work is provided before any work begins.
2. Estimates and pricing
Estimates are provided after an on-site walkthrough and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing is based on the scope of work described in the written estimate. Changes to the scope, including additional repairs discovered once surfaces are opened, are documented and priced in writing before they are performed.
3. Payment terms
Payment methods, deposit, and schedule are specified in each written estimate. Unless the estimate states otherwise, a deposit is due at scheduling and the balance is due upon completion of the work described.
4. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms, including duration and what is covered, are stated in your written estimate and service agreement. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, water intrusion from roofs, gutters, or ice dams we did not repair, or acts of nature.
5. Age requirement
Our services are intended for homeowners, property owners, and their authorized representatives who are at least 18 years of age. By requesting an estimate or engaging our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
6. SMS / text messaging program
Program description: Black Hawk Painting Corp operates a customer care SMS program. By opting in (via the form at blackhawkpaintingcorp.com/support or our chat widget), you agree to receive non-marketing, customer-support text messages related to your inquiries, service updates, and appointment coordination. This is a recurring messaging program and message frequency varies.

7. Limitation of liability
Black Hawk Painting Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
